Terms of Service

By engaging VectorFlow for a project — whether through the contact form, email, or direct agreement — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

All project deliverables are defined in a written scope document agreed upon before work begins. The scope document specifies:

• ◇ Features and pages to be delivered
• ◇ Technology stack and hosting setup
• ◇ Delivery timeline and milestones
• ◇ Revision rounds included

Work outside the agreed scope is quoted and billed separately. Changes to scope mid-project may adjust the delivery date and cost.

Payment terms are stated in each project agreement. Standard terms are:

• ◇ 50% deposit required before work commences
• ◇ Remaining 50% due upon delivery before handover
• ◇ Invoices unpaid after 14 days incur a 2% monthly late fee

All prices are quoted in the currency stated in the project agreement. VectorFlow reserves the right to pause or withhold delivery until outstanding balances are settled.

Upon receipt of full payment, you receive complete ownership of all custom code, design assets, and deliverables created specifically for your project. Third-party libraries, fonts, and frameworks retain their original licences. VectorFlow retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and showcase materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

To keep the project on schedule, you agree to:

• ◇ Provide brand assets, copy, and credentials in a timely manner
• ◇ Review and provide feedback within agreed review windows
• ◇ Ensure any content you supply does not infringe third-party rights

Delays caused by late client feedback may extend the delivery timeline without incurring additional cost to VectorFlow.

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds. Revisions are changes within the agreed scope — they do not include new features, redesigns, or scope additions. Additional revision rounds beyond the included allocation are billed at the applicable hourly rate.

Every build ships with a stabilisation window (typically 14 days post-launch) during which bug fixes and minor tuning are addressed at no additional charge. This covers issues caused by our implementation — not new feature requests, third-party platform changes, or client-introduced modifications.

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. If you cancel after work has commenced, you owe payment for all work completed to the cancellation date. The deposit is non-refundable if work has begun. VectorFlow may cancel if payment obligations are not met, retaining all rights to work completed until full payment is received.

VectorFlow's total liability for any claim arising from a project is capped at the total fees paid by the client for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. VectorFlow is not responsible for third-party platform outages, API changes, or hosting provider issues beyond our control.

Both parties agree to keep the other's confidential business information private and not to disclose it to third parties without written consent. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.

VectorFlow may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with an updated date. Terms agreed in a signed project agreement take precedence over these general terms for that specific engagement.
